… but Lil Rusty has had a hiccup again.

We do appreciate that this is very frustrating for you, but please bear with us and all will be returned to normal as soon as possible. Our techies are beavering away to try and bring the bingo back as soon as they can.

When the site crashed we were told that we would be getting some free games and some of us said that we would prefer a one-off payment of bbs as the site would crash again.

I phoned my bank and they were quite emphatic when ensuring me that there is nothing against my account to suggest that tye had dcline a payment or in fact that any payment had been requested by any source. I contacted Bingomani by telephone and was told that this happens occasionally and that I should try again in a couple of hours. Now, they either want depositing players or they dont. I was also told that thye do not handle the transactions, it is out-sourced to another company and it was that particular company that was publishing the BLACK LISTED comment on my deposit request. I dont know about you, but I know that comments such as that are registered with credit reference agencies and are detrimental to your financial situation.
I like playing on this site even with all it’s recent down-time problems, however I am not a little concerned that my personal and financial details are being mishandled and misrepresented.

Problem solved, I bought a Ukash voucher, it worked perfevtly, thus avoiding any interference from Safecharge and, in effect, they have lost income as they cannot charge Bingomania for processing my transaction. Small pennies to them I suppose but too many depositers being treated by them in the way that I have today will not be good for their business. Onwards and upwards.
