If you receive a “page cannot be displayed” error message when accessing bingomania.co.uk, don’t worry — all this means that your ISP hasn’t yet registered MOJO’s new DNS address. It might take a few minutes. If you do continue having problems accessing bingomania.co.uk, please let us know.

been trying for half hour still getting page cannot be displayed message
I cant access site either been trying for long now
it takin longer than a few minutes
I been trying for hours now. Keep getting internet and http error messages. Tried sending site an email and got mailer daemon message and email was returned to me. Whats going on pls.
i have been trying since last night and im still getting this page cannot be displayed mesage????
The site is up and running fine. If you are having problems still, see below.
Some internet service providers use something called a transparent proxy and that, together with their dns may sometimes mean a delay in getting changes. You can try something which helps some people.
If using Internet Explorer, first clear all your temporary internet files then try the site agaion. If it still doesn’t load try holding down Ctrl and pressing F5.
If it still won’t load, in Windows, click on Start then Run. In the little box that says Open: type
IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS
(Note that there is a space between IPCONFIG and /FLUSHDNS)
then click OK.
Then try again.
If you still can’t get in then your internet service provider is a bit slow in updating their dns. It may take a while but you will get in eventually. Unfotunately all this is out of our hands completely so we can’t do much to help.
Also, if you normally use AOL try internet explorer instead - that works for some people.
It WILL clear itself for you but how long it takes depends on your internet service provider.

Has any1 managed to get in, cause having probs here can get blog but not bingo, tried everything including Med;s technic, but no luck.

Aarrggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh - am seriously gonna throw computer out of window in a minute. I have tried everything was advised to do and still no site access. All i get is a site page with all details too far over to the left and blobs typed over writing at top of page. Will someone please let me know whats going on. Otherwise I want my Wednesday deposit back. I am seriously fed up now. Bring back Rusty all is forgiven.
Humbug - there is nothing wrong with the site hun - it is fine. The problem lies with your internet service provider and there is nothing that we or any of our techs can do about.
I know it’s frustrating but it WILL clear itself. Keep clearing your temp internet files and try again occasionally.
Thanks for your prompt response Med. Re: NOGO sorry i mean MOJO. I cant get in through internet explorer either, so how can it be my isp? I do keep clearing my temp files etc, still not helping. You say it will clear itself, but this is like saying how long is a piece of string. Ive tried emailing support and my emails are being returned, mailer Daemons. Im going now, giving up. Thanks for trying to help.
Its very technical hun and to understand it you need to understand how the internet works.
As close to explaining it as I can get…
When your pc tries to go to www.bingomania.co.uk it first asks a special pc where to find the records for .uk. Then it goes to the .uk server and asks that where to find the records for .co.uk. It then goes to the server for co.uk and asks that where the records are for bingomania.co.uk. Then it goes to that server and you get in.
Your ISP makes a note of where bingomania.co.uk is so that the next time you go there it doesn’t need to keep asking all the way up the line. Your ISP automatically checks for any changes every so often and updates itself. That is why the problem is with your ISP - they hold the wrong records for bingomania.co.uk. They still hold the old records, not the new ones. Until they update - which is out of our hands - you will get errors.
I hope that that explains it for you.

Thanks Median … I had the same problem earlier today but fortunately I can access the site now. Will cleaning your cookies help?
It’s worth giving it a try Stuart - thanks for reminding me.
At the same time as clearing temporary internet files, delete your cookies folks. This may mean that on some websites where your password is remembered you will need to re-enter your passwords but it doesn’t usually cause any problems.

I’ve been having problems connecting to bingomania for hours and have tried everything that had been suggested earlier. All emails to support were being returned as undeliverable too.
I’ve just tried Poppy’s suggestion (i.e. unplugging my Internet box) and when I reconnected I was able to access the bingomania site immediately!

Can i firstly say I love the new look.
BUT (always a but!)
The prize money in red- too hard to see what amounts are etc, secondly more often than not the first square in the left hand side will not let you click on it to select.
IN the square room - you are not supposed to be able to leave and play let most peeps were last night?
Also when the amount has been won it is then not seen, prefer to see it?
I am always finding faults lol, so will keep you updated, but seriously the red on the winning amount is horrid.

Also wanted to say that in LB you can never see what the prize money is unless oyu are on that game.
For example you are playing for a line but you cannot see what the prize money is for the 2 lines or the full house?

I have told them this and they saying game played although when i check records it says game no is invalid. i have tried to deposit and card is not recognised..I am really frustrated..might have to to take me cash and play elsewher!!!

Normally if anyone is going to have hassle it is me and yet I have been dead lucky and have been able to sign in no problem, not get kicked out of chat, and deposit (wish that had gone wrong!!!) no problem.
A lot of people were saying yesterday that Neteller was down which was a problem for some.

MADPANIC, THE POINT I WAS TRYING TO MAKE IS THAT WHEN THEY HOLD THESE FREE ROLL SESSIONS THE WORLD AND HIS WIFE LOG ON FOR THEM AND THE SYSTEM OVERLOADS.
I WAS NOT TOO WORRIED ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PLAY THE FREE GAMES BUT WHAT DID ANNOY ME WAS THE FACT THAT I COULD NOT GET INTO ANY OF THE ROOMS, IT WAS TAKING ME A GOOD 20 MINS TO JUST LOG ON AND WHEN I DID GET ONTO THE SITE MY REGULAR ROOM WOULD NOT LOAD FOR ME, AND WHATS MORE WHEN I DID GET INTO MY REGULAR ROOM THE GAMES WOULD NOT PLAY FOR ME AND THE SAME WITH THE PARTY ROOM, THE GAMES WOULD NOT PLAY, BUT AS I SAY I WASNT TOO FUSSED ABOUT THE FREE ROOM I WAS JUST ANNOYED THAT I COULD NOT PLAY IN ANY OF THE ROOMS.

I was merely stating my opinion as you were and expressing my thanks for the free games - if you are annoyed and feel that it is a waste of time ur are of course , entitled to ur opinion as I am! I do believe that one of the gms - Median - stated in a previous blog that the server was not the problem and that it was peeps ISP that was the cause of not being able to log in. He also took his time to explain why and how this happened. Maybe this is the case with you rather than the site itself. Maybe not , but either way - tyvm again mania for the free games .
This new bingomania is really exciting.
Could i also take this oppertunity to thank you at mania for a most enjoyable evening of bingo, gm`s were funny and a good night had by all, except some friends still couldnt get in to play, but that will probably always happen, the only downpart, and well done mania, ty, pete……..
Thanks for the free games, a good job, well done. At one point I thought I would never be able to login ever again, however, as suggested, I unplugged the modem, left it for about 15 mins after which time I was able to login with no trouble at all. Thanks again.

I just get so annoyed when they hold these free rolls coz I seem to have the same probs every time, it doesnt bother me that I cant get into the free games session but it seems to slow the whole site down for me and I cant seem to access the rest of the site either, and I know Im not the only one it happens to so I know its not my internet connection or my pc.
Once again hun I apologise if I seemed to be getting at u and ur blog post, I didnt mean for that to happen, as u quite rightly say, u are entitled to ur opinion hun

Many thanks for the free games party room last night, It seems a lot of peeps had trouble getting in, sorry to hear that, I for one didnt have any trouble getting in and I also won which was great, I actually checked every person that won and in all the games that were played (32 all together in 4 hours) 43 different peeps won something, only two people won more than once, which I think was great.
