Skippy’s Monthly Honours List

From the bingo site that brought you easier-to-win jackpots, Second Chance and chocolate chip coated newsletters (at least we would if Poppy stopped eating the choccy!) comes the new standard in accolades.

You can forget the MBEs, OBEs, KCBEs and BBCs (unless you’re watching Top Gear) ‘cause you’ll be hard pushed to get one of those unless you’re really lucky.

But we admire Her Majesty’s generosity in recognising ordinary people who make outstanding contributions to various causes. So BingoMania UK – in association with His Imperial Highness, Emperor Skippy the First of BingoMania, Jack of the Pot and Defender of the Slots – is proud to announce Skippy’s Monthly Honours list.

Every month each of our GMs will be nominating players for inclusion in Skippy’s Monthly Honours List. Nominations will be made on the basis of ‘an outstanding contribution to chat’ for players who have demonstrated consistent friendliness, politeness, patience and community spirit. The nominations will then go before His Imperial Highness’s loyal advisors, who will consider all the nominees before finishing the champagne and truffles choosing one player to receive the prestigious OBME – the Order of the BingoMania Empire.

Our monthly OBME winner will be featured on the blog and the newsletter, and will be presented with £50 of BBs from the Ancient and Honourable Bearer of the Imperial Sack. They will also be entitled to use the letters OBME after their name in chat and on the blog.

All players whose accounts are in good standing and who have made a deposit within the past 30 days are eligible for an OBME, with the exception of employees of Helix Gaming International, and their relatives, who are not eligible.

She was a lovely roomie.

I dont agree with this kind of ‘ competition ‘ but I do agree with Fraggles idea of a posthumous award for Cracker, she was the most lovliest and most friendliest roomie ever to have been on this site and we all miss her terribly, so Mania, I second Fraggs idea on that score.

Glad you think that Dame should get it first (same for you Grumps) a lovely lady deserves this more than most - she was a star till the end and we all miss her loads.
