I truly got excited after seeing 18 comments posted on “What Your New Year’s Resolution” – I guess, the thought of sharing our new year’s resolution together had me inspired. But to my surprise, I saw the bulk of comments related to ‘same winners winning’. Yikes

Since the revamp of bingomania.co.uk last year, I believe our biggest improvement has been in our commitment of fair-play to you. Here are some of the changes:
- reduced the max cards in all of our rooms
- launched a fair & square room
- weekly fair-play bingo party games with low max cards
- introduced a 2nd chance room to give our members a 2nd shot at winning bingo each week
- monthly promos with 4 card max on special games.
So I’m very surprised to hear our community is still haunted by this issue.
As GM Median highlighted on his comment – the more cards you play the better your odds. And this is true. And we know this is the biggest factor shaping the outcome of a bingo game. That’s why we’ve gone through great lengths to reduce the max cards per game to better your chance, regardless of your budget.
I believe the changes we made last year have helped improve everyone’s odds and reduced ’same-winners’. But our work is not complete and throughout ’08, we will even work harder to find new ways of providing fair-play at bingomania.co.uk.

Stu, to be completely honest hun I personally dont think there is anything that u can do that u havnt already done to make this a fairer site, it is already the fairest site out there.
And I dont think there is one single mania member that thinks that any of the games are fixed or rigged on here, I certainly dont thats for sure, but it is just so bizarre how the same people are winning day in and day out, its almost so that u can almost predict who the winners are gonna be, particularly on the big games and the fixed pots. Now we all recognise that almost everyone has a lucky day where it seems that they cant stop winning, I have had a few myself in the past, but there are some players that seem to have a lucky day everyday, their winning streak never stops and it makes the rest of us wonder if they ever have to deposit lol
Maybe its just that they are naturally very lucky peeps, but u would have thought that even the naturally lucky players would have had a day off from winning occasionally, the odds of any player having a continous lucky streak are remote as I am sure u will agree, which is why I thought that maybe the system is picking up on something that nobody is aware of, like IP addresses. Now I know absolutely zilch about computers and what they are capable of doing but I do know that computers and computerised systems are capable of doing allsorts of weird and wonderful things and I would imagine that they are capable of picking up on things like IP addresses and other tecnical stuff that is way beyond me, hence the reason for my random thoughts and maybe idiotic ideas.
But thats all they are, just rambling thoughts to try and understand why some people are constantly lucky, and lets face it every online bingo site has players that are constantly winning, so Mania is not the only one to have these lucky players, which is exactly why I have been thinking that there must be more to it than just luck and the fact that some peeps max out, because even the peeps that max out will admit that they dont win every game, so I dont think the amount of tickets u buy is a major factor in whether or not u win either.
Anyway, the main point I wanted to make is that you have already made this site the fairest out there so short of stopping the handful of lucky peeps on here from playing there is not an awful lot more that u could do, and I think those lucky peeps would certainly have summat to say if u stopped them playing bless em, coz I know I would thats for sure lmaooooo.

I do not think there is anything you can do Stu.
As grumps rightly said, nearly every site I have played on has the same thing - regular winners who win not just a few games but the JP’s too.
It is a game of odds - mine are stacked against me !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted agree with what has already been posted. I too have good days when i seem to win every game and then others when i never seem to win.
This site is far the best and fair site i know. We all have off days but as the saying go’s “You pay your money and takes your chances”

The one thing I would like to see on Mania is with regards to pay outs.
Why can we not have the facility available to get money straight back onto your card. I don’t want to have to open another form of account. Other sites seem to have this in place.
That is my only suggestion at themoment just case i win enough to withdraw at some time lol. If we cannot have it can you explain why not?

Yup janny i agree with you - this is one of the few sites that although you deposit via card you cannot have it refunded back onto it.
It is important it is sorted soon Stu - I am going to win the JP in Pound to prove the fact that I never win a JP - wrong!!
