Janny's Jackpot Win

Reports have been coming in to the authorities in the south of England about a very loud scream that was heard right throughout the Home Counties at ten to five in the evening on Tuesday 27th May. Police have now called off their search when we told them there was no need for alarm. It was just JANNY08 winning the Pound jackpot. Big creamy congratulations to Janny for scooping up the super-tasty Pound jackpot. Her win of £14,316.47 is the biggest ever jackpot on BingoMania UK, beating the previous Pound jackpot winner, Mitchmente, by £71.06 and pushing her straight to the top of the Hall of Fame.

Janny said, “I didn’t notice at first cos I was busy talking to Womble. When I realised, I screamed so loud I scared poor Bella (her dog) so much she ran off”.

In the true community spirit of BingoMania, Janny is sharing her win with her good friend Grumpy old bat. She said, “We made an agreement to split any jackpot wins in Madhouse and Pound and that’s what I’m going to do”. We think that deserves an extra big scoop of ice cream with strawberry sauce, whipped cream and a cherry on the top.

For those who like the technical details, Janny won her jackpot on call 35 on the Garden Path pattern. The game prize was £49.50 and the progressive a chunky £14,316.47.

It was a very poignant win for me as the last time dear Cracker was in the room the day before she went into hospital her last words to me were: Janny win that JP for me. So Cracker for once I did as I was told lol.

And I couldn’t share it with anybody nicer than my Grumpy Old Bat.

not everyone reads blog let alone leaves a message - those who were pleased for them made that quite plain on the day and in fact the days afterwards in chat.
I also saw a few people who hardly ever come into chat -come in just to say wtg - so i think Janny is/should be very pleased with the positive response from other players.
It is also great that Grumps is sharing the winnings - 2 for the price of one - always love a bargain !!!!!!!!!!!!

Awwww thanks coolcatz hunni, Janny actually won the JP hunni but we always had a pact that if and when either of us win a JP in mad or quid we would share it, and thats what we doing lol. Janny is a little darling and I never had any doubts about her sharing with me, just as she never has any doubts about me sharing. And we will continue to share any JP winnings that we get.
