Thanks to our 40 bingo maniacs who helped organized this weeks Friday Bingo Party. Although I had wished more maniacs would have participated in the poll, I know, tonight you’ll enjoy the games that are in store for you.
As per the majorities choice, here’s what you can expect

Will be there for party but after that I wont be playing anymore. Not going to get into it on this board its not fair but not happy with how things are from a customer service point of view.
Just wanted to say thank you to all players who have made my time on here over the last few years enjoyable and hope you are all lucky.
And a BIG thank you yto all GM’s - you all do a fantastic job on here just wished it ran right through and have had me in tears laughing so much when I have been ill and for a lot of people like me has been a lifeline.

just would like to say that some people seem to not understand the concept of THE PARTY ROOM. We constantly had people coming in rooms asking when free games were playing.
AmI right Stuart that an email goes out to any member no matter how long it is since they have last played.
Surely it would be fair to put a time limit on invitations. In Mad House tonight there was a nice JP there which I have played into a over a long period. I would be very upset if somebody who never plays on here now comes in and takes that just because they see FREE GAMES in their email.
When free games were playing there were well over 100 peeps playing, when they had to pay the number went down drastically. Doesn’t seem right to me somehow .
Hi All, have a suggestion, how about playing reverse prize money on some games, so the line would be paid the highest, then 2 lines, and the house being paid the lowest. Also, how about playing a game that runs for 1 month, so beggining of month you have to pay, (Example £25) to enter, games would run say everyday between 5 & 7 o’clock, everytime you win you gain points, which are then tallied up at the end of month, highest score wins the jackpot, which would depend on how many peeps entered, this way we all stand a chance of winning some big money. Just an idea i thought i would put to you all.

“3 French Ns” - great suggestion, we will try to incorporate your reverse prize money suggestion for next week’s bingo party. And your idea of the month long game is interesting, something to think about.
We’re currently testing a new option for a fair & square bingo tourney, where all members purchase a seat for the tourney (i.e £20) and for a few hours, everyone in the tourney will receive the same cards every game with some fun-size prizes.
I’m hoping we can have this feature available by early February or sooner.
Keep those suggestions coming!
ohtut@janny: thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will speak with our tech team to see if we can only provide access to our funding members moving forward. And I agree with your comment, it would be very disappointing if a non-funding member walks away with the PJ when our regular members have helped grow it.
But you can rest assure, if in an unlikely situation this happens, we would re-activate the PJ.

Janny I totally agree with you regarding peeps that come in just for the free games. I for one play most days at some stage, I am usually in the room, but if Im not its because I am trying to do two things at once. I think Stuart should listen to what you said and put it into action. I too would be disappointed if the jp went to someone who never plays regularly.
On another note - Stuart I would like to thank you for last night, I thoroughly enjoyed it and was lucky enough to win some of the games.

I agree with janny totally, i have seen on a few sights where non regular players come in and ‘whip the lot’ so to speak, it does cause unrest with the regular players.
I know Bingo is a game of chance and we all play to win, but i def agree that only constantly paying players should be invited to the party nights. after all its us that keeps you going.. lol
I for one spend a fair amount on this site and at present would not dream of going anywhere else.
I apologise guys for not being in chat so frequently nowadays, i feel it unfair that if i cant say ty for bbs on cgs then they could be going to someone else. its not that i dont want to be in there i just have a busy time right now. i hope Stuart that you would never think of penalising us for being ‘ooc’ hun.

but they are free games!!!! let anyone play them — i would hope at a trustworthy site like mania there are safeguards in place to make sure a non depositor or some one who hasn`t deposited within the past 30 days is not eligible for jp. I understand the point bout someone winning who hasnt contributed but I doubt they`d be allowed to actually win it anyway so where`s the problem? As Stuart said it would be rectified and depositors wouldn`t lose out. Free games are free lol ………………………. so chill out. Maybe some people wud love to play every day but can`t afford to - even every week is too much for some so why begrudge a free game when they cant even cash out cos they ain`t deposited. And lets face it - how many of you would cash out 30 quid - most of u wud put it back so same difference. I came home from work last nite at 5 am - saw a player who shall remain nameless but one who is always logged in whenever I log in - play to lose 10 p . lol

Hi Stu, thanks for acknowledging my suggestions i put to you, thats what i was thinking making it a tourney game that would last a whole month, this way if we all pay a set entrance fee at the start, and have say 4 cards each play for 2 hrs at a certain time, it wont seem so bad if you dont win nothing in the 1st week, because you will have 3 more weeks to catch up. Im not disrespecting your past competion games, (cruise & b&q game, but where they were played all day on the hour, so for the peeps who could come in and play all day, did have some what of an advantage. So my way of thinking is that you cant get no fairer than this, its 100% equal to all who enter. just cant guarantee that we will all have equal luck to lol. 3FRENCHN’S, I have to disagree with u on the past comps hun, I too thought at the beginning of the B&Q comp that I would be disadvantaged coz I couldnt play throughout the day but I did win the top prize and that was only thru playing in the evenings mainly, apart from the weekends of course, so I think that the past comps were done fairly enough as they were played at different times throuhout the day and evenings and at extra times nearer the end of the comp so that some could play catch up.
I think that ur idea of a tourney with a set entrance fee is quite a good idea, however I dont think there would be much of a take up on it on this site coz not too many people can afford to pay say £20 out or even want to, mainly I think because most peeps, even those that play 24/7 almost lol, wouldnt be able to guarantee that they could get on to play at the set times, and therefore the set fee that they paid would be wasted.
Anyways, just a thought hun, although it is a good idea for those who like the idea of playing in a tourney.

I am quite amazed that only 40 people took the time to vote on the game schdule for party night and even more amazed that over 100 took part in some games. I suppose the 40 were those I see playing and contributing to the site everyday and in a fairer arrangement would have been the only winners. Maybe in future those who vote get to play, those who cant be bother, dont!

Hi Parson Snose, that’s an interesting suggestion - although it will require some technical tweaking on our part, I think we can play around with the concept in the near future. I can see it as an addition to our existing bingo specials.
Regards this Friday’s Bingo Party, I should have the party options live on the blog by tomorrow (Tuesday, Dec. 18) for you to vote on. In the meantime, please feel free to leave your suggestions for this week’s party lineups.
I think the free games are fine. Besides, it would be a big help if those players become active again because of their free game experiences.

I totally disagree with you there, i didnt vote simply because it doesnt matter what types of games were being played, i deposited and played at the party.
Maybe some peeps arent worried what type of games are play but happy to have party fridays, cause i know i do enjoy it, and yes although u dont see my name in chat often i am still an active member who deposit weekly.

I understand not all of our members take part in voting for the Friday party special and that’s perfectly fine - we started the Friday Party specials not just for the fun-size prizes but to give you an opportunity to have a voice in the type of games you’d like us to host.
As you’ve mentioned, there are some “peeps” who enjoy the special but are not concerned which games play, because they know it will be fun regardless. And then there’s the group of players who enjoy the organising part : D … and as you know by now, I think the community as a whole can do a better job of organising the specials than I can. So if more members get involved, vote and leave suggestions for upcoming Friday Specials, then the whole community benefits : D
