One of the biggest questions that everyone has right now is why things are changing. The simple answer is that by moving to a common platform, we have to accommodate some of the existing ways that the network does things. In return, they will be accommodating some of our ways. Some things will change and some will stay the same. Just remember – not all changes are bad.

We know that you’re all desperate to know what changes are coming up, so we’ll highlight just one or two each day to give you all the chance to ask questions. Today, we are going to look in-depth at the loyalty levels and deposit bonuses (which are closely linked).

The loyalty levels will be changing slightly and, especially if you like the slots, points will now be easier to gain. You will still get 1 point for every £10 you spend on bingo. However, instead of getting 1 point for every £80 spent on casino games (slots, keno, video poker etc) you will now get 1 point for every £45 spent on casino games.

Players who are currently levels 1 to 6 will not notice any difference, but players who are levels 7 to 10 will either stay the same level or, in a number of cases, jump up a level. Here’s a breakdown to see how it works:

Monthly Loyalty Gift: The network does not offer a monthly loyalty bonus but instead rewards players with everyday bonus policies that leave more bonus in your pocket each day.  This month will be the last month for loyalty bonus, after that it will be discontinued.

Deposit bonus: This will still be related to your loyalty level. As the levels now need fewer points to reach, and points are easier to accumulate, quite a few of you will see the actual percentage of bonus you receive on your deposits increase.

Another change for the better is that following the transition your deposit bonus will qualify immediately – no more waiting until you have spent 95% of your deposit.

At present i am level 8 with over 8500 points.
Am i carrying over my points , which on the new scheme means i jump up 2 levels to level 10?
ORRRRR am i going to be classed as level 8 on new scheme and have to achieve more points to get higher?
I am being a mupper but I am not getting this 100 % clear, and i need to please.
    Thanking you in advance………….

    Mitch:
The 50% credit rebate on all deposits is indeed staying. We will be making it automatic so that you don’t have to put in a ticket.

    Fraggle:
The loyalty points will stay the same. Anyone who qualifies for a higher level will automatically be transferred to the new level. So in your personal case, you will jump to Double Diamond VIP, which has the same benefits as our level 10.
