Hi All,

This post is to serve as notice that BingoMania will no longer be offering refunds to players that have been disconnected from their bingo game, unless the game has itself frozen as a result of a server issue.

If you find that your game regularly freezes or your connection is regularly lost please contact our friendly Technical assistant Jordan at jordan@bingomania.co.uk and he will help you get to the bottom of the problem.

    I was really lucky last month to win a lot of money, yet after a lot of emailing to and fro I didn’t actually receive it until nearly 3 weeks after i withdrew it and that was with a fedex cheque in the end.
    I love this site i really do but the hassle to get your winnings out is unreal.
    ALL other sites i have played on or still do (not a lot though lol) let you have your winings back the way to deposited them, which means within 3 days you can have your money back.
    Until i had won i never realised that this is a problem but it is unfair to the winners.

    IF it makes you feel better no-one is getting any help or proper response to tickets and tech guys - not a great deal of help to you but you are not alone in your problem.

    At the end of the day ALL of us understand there are problems for the Gm’s - but they are in and out like a yoyo- poor Womble is well stressed out and always apologising - whilst i also suspect she is close to tears with the sheer frustration of this.
    Would it be so hard to sort it out????????
    Anyway well done our GM’s - always a laugh even under loads of pressure.

    Where you are in the world is irrelevant when it comes to the internet hun. You may connect through a great many different devices in other countries to get to our server. It was one of those devices (which are completely out of our control) that caused the problems that were experienced by everyone last weekend.

    Yes hun, it IS hard to sort out. What causes one person to have problems is not necessarily the same thing that causes someone else to have problems. The vast majority of our players and GMs have no problems whatsoever, so it isn’t easy at all to pinpoint what is causing someone a problem.

    The main thing to be noted though that everyone who has had a problem has said it started after the new server was installed.

    Anyway I suspect Wendy is just happy that someone has got back to her, I just hope that something can be done to help out Womble/Madhouse as most of the problems seem to stem from that room - coincidence perhaps???
    It is pants for the GM’s who are trying to work and keep chat fun and entertaining as they get so stressed out when it goes wrong.
    Am sure to see you in Madhouse again soon tho lol
