We know we’re far from perfect, and that’s okay. Its ok because that’s what makes coming to work all the more exciting. Our hope is to improve each day as a company, as a community and as individuals – all in an effort to make online bingo better for you.

Over the years, we’ve received many warm comments and testimonials from our members. These are always greatly appreciated. Most of the testimonials we’ve received have come after a big win which is great, but sometimes we’re not sure if the comments being shared are just excitement for the win or an accurate picture of how we’re treating you as a valued member.

The Truth

After reviewing a few sites on the net (bingo and non-bingo related websites) I noticed a common trend on each. The good sites have testimonials on their site. Then I got thinking. (Gasp!) Testimonials are usually one sided and only showcase the best feedback the company has received and never the bad.

For us to improve our community and be at our best at all times to serve you, I believe it’s fair to everyone to hear the truth at all times. I’d like to have a dedicated page on our website that gives you the chance to tell us about how we’ve made you feel as a result of doing business with us. For now, you can use this post to share your thoughts with us.

congratsOn Sunday, August 26th our £11,590.77 biggie Pound progressive was scooped by hank1000 from Belfast UK while playing the special “Shout-out Hammer” pattern. We’d like to send him a big maniac congratulatory shout-out and pass along our sympathy to those that didn’t win  : ( … but not too worry, in no time again, we will have more biggie pots for you to take home.

Note to hank1000 – how are you planning to spend all that money? : )

bingo free roll updateHope everyone enjoyed Saturday’s £5,000 Super Mania bingo event. We had a great turn out and look forward to another Super Saturday bingo special very soon.

Before I call it a night, I wanted to update you on the promised free bingo roll event. Since we’re anticipating a big crowd Sunday evening, we’ve organized two free roll rooms and all qualified members* have randomly been assigned to one of two rooms.

Which room are you in?
We thought an email invitation should straighten that out - so on Sunday morning between 10am & 11am, please check your email. You’ll either be in the 4pm to 6pm or the 7pm to 9pm session.

If you have any questions, please feel free to leave me message here.

*Qualified members — any member that has funded once or more since May 1st to August 22nd.

Due to the recent downtimes, we’ve been fairly quiet here on the maniastu blogosphere – it seemed more bad news was coming out than good. But we do have some warm and fuzzy news from the BingoMania HQ – our very own GM Poppy got married this past Monday.

So we’d like to send her a big maniac congratulatory shout-out and wish her and her new hubby all the best!

This is where Poppy hides her BBs : )

By now, it should be no surprise to anybody that I love YouTube. Its endless types of content, from funny videos - as we’ve seen with the Sneezing Panda - to more touching videos like this one I’d like to share with you today.

Hope you enjoy the theme behind the video. It’s for a great cause.

How many of us have glanced at an edition of People’s magazine or OK! in the supermarket checkout line or have been watching a celebrity TV show when a famous celebrity has screwed up? Even to those of us who are embarrassed to admit it (myself included), celebrity news is alluring.

Just the other day an article on Times UK Online caught my attention: “Top 10 Most embarrassing Celebrity Moments” – so what did I do? I read it of course!! Then shared the news article with a few friends of mine and now I’m sharing it with you.

It’s hard not to be attracted with all the buzz and gossip that surrounds famous people. Here’s a test – see if you agree with the top 10 most embarrassing celebrity moments (ooh #1 is really embarrassing) … if there are other celebrity mishaps that weren’t included on that list that you think should have been, please let us know and preferably send a link:)

We’ve been working really hard here at BingoMania HQ on the new games lobby design.

The new games lobby design will include the following:

  • new layout with tap system so you can choose between games more easily
  • fun and entertaining new room icons so you can better distinguish between rooms
  • new whacky game loading screens to better welcome you to your bingo rooms
  • also as you’ve seen from last week’s post, we’ll be introducing a new room and new room skins for each of our rooms

So without further delay, here’s a snap shot of the new game lobby:

( the following examples, are based on 90 ball … note will have 75 style for each skin too)

Launch date: we’re not that good with time-lines it seems (hmmm not sure why that is)…anyways, we’re working really hard to have all the goodies ready for you very soon.

Please let me know what you think of the upcoming updates. Thx.

What would you do ...?I was planning to do a special post last week on what you would do if you won the madhouse or Pound progressive jackpots.

Given the madhouse bingo progressive was scooped by bunny50 (a whopping £4,902.80 win – congratulations) that leaves us with the biggie Pound Progressive, currently over the £10,000 mark.

SO LET ME ASK YOU THIS: what would you do, if you won the £10,000+ bingo jackpot?
