Personally, I’m not a fan of small print and hard to read policies when I shop or join a site online. So here at BingoMania we felt it never would be appropriate to have small print or funny rules on our site either.
There have been numerous debates here at BingoMania HQ between myself and the team about whether we should make it mandatory for our members who win a biggie bingo prize to submit their picture and testimonial.
At the present, we give all of our biggie winners the choice to send in their picture.
We would love to always give you a choice but it seems not many of our members take the extra step to send in a picture and quote after a big win.
Naturally this creates anxiety and suspicion amongst our members when a member wins a big bingo jackpot and we have no picture or testimonial to share with them.
WHAT DO YOU THINK? Should we make it mandatory for you to send in a picture and quote on wins over £1,000?

Since 1996, when we first launched BingoMania (bingomania.com) we’ve been challenged by our bingo players to answer why some players always get a bingo, while others keep on hoping for their lucky bingo pot.
We completely understand your frustration and can imagine how you must feel when another member wins over and over again. And we completely understand this is one of the biggest challenges in online bingo.
I can’t speak for other bingo sites, but here at BingoMania HQ, we continue to invest in technology and creative thinking to find new ways to further improve our member’s bingo experience through fair play.

Since we re-launched the new & improved BingoMania UK website, one of our key efforts has been to find different solutions to combat same winners winning. We’ve got a dedicated team of software developers, GMs and support members working together on new ways to provide a more even playing field to all of our members.

So have we completely eliminated same winners? No we haven’t.
Just a few days ago, we received an email from one of our members who voiced their disappointment about the same winner winning 3 x times in a row and found it odd.
We have no clear explanation as to why a particular member won 3 consecutive cruise patterns … maybe we need to look into cosmic phenomena or conduct a study to identify whether bingo players with lucky charms have a higher bingo chance vs. those without lucky charms?

Though I’ve only smoked a cigarette on one or two occasions, with disastrous results, I’m aware that many of our members are regular smokers. I would love to hear from you on how the new smoking ban in land based bingo halls has affected you.

The severe floods have left thousands of people without water and electricity. I’m not sure how many of our members have been affected by the recent record breaking floods that have hit parts of the UK, but our prayers and thoughts are with them.

Here at the BingoMania HQ, our graphic team and I have been working on a new and improved “games lobby” that will be easier to navigate, much nicer and more fun of course.
Our 1st task was to come up with a new logo design for our bingo rooms. We wanted each of our whacky bingo rooms to illustrate the fun side of BingoMania.
Notice our little mascot “Skippy” was used for inspiration : )

The title might make it sound like I mean “my mania” as Stuart’s BingoMania. In fact, in a way this is my bingo site but more importantly it’s your Bingo site too. That’s why we’re launching a new feature for all of our BingoMania members called “My Mania”!
What’s My Mania?
Well, it’s like a forum where you’ll have a chance to share your thoughts, create topics of interest, get feedback from other members and much more. Actually, the Forum part is only one great future of My Mania.
Once My Mania goes live, it will give all of our members the opportunity to:
- Meet other Mania Members
- Share Pictures, Videos and Greetings
- Take part in discussion groups with friends
- Contribute to Mania Events
We will have some more goodies coming soon, that we’ll keep hush-hush for now. We really think it’s going to be a fantastic tool for all of our members to express themselves freely. My Mania will be in beta stage soon for our GM team to test try.

What’s with the weather? …Is this the effect of global warming or just a string of bad weather? If you’ve seen the documentary of Al Gore’s “An Inconvenient Truth”, then you might be wondering.
Regardless of what the cause of the recent weather is, I’d really like to spread some sunshine your way : ) I was chatting with GM TartanTerror (our GM Supervisor) and we came up with this fun idea:
1) You send us a picture of yourself with the rainy, wet background and your saddest face
2) Everyone who sends in a pic, will receive some sunny BBs
3) Then you send us a 2nd picture of yourself with some sun behind you and your happiest face
4) We let the community vote on the best before and after’s
5) There will be a little Sunshine Grand Prize for the best three voted Before and After Photos
